Summary

In "Scratch 'n Sniff", Pilot banishes John Crichton, Ka D'Argo, Jool and Chiana from Moya for ten days and sends them to a pleasure planet where Pilot's rules do not apply.^[1]

What happens in "Scratch 'n Sniff"?

Pilot, Moya's controlling biomechanoid, sends the four down to a pleasure planet called LoMo, as the rights holder's description puts it.^[1] Before they leave, Pilot tells them that weapons are not permitted on LoMo and makes them leave their pulse pistols on the transport pod.^[4]

On LoMo, which the rights holder's description bills as a leisure destination where Pilot's rules do not apply, the four spend a night out together.^[1] They all wake up robbed, and the stolen items include their Brandar tiles.^[4] With no weapons and no tiles, they have to work out what happened and recover what was stolen.^[4]

The crew members split up to look for what was taken and for any sign of who took it.^[4]
