How pages are made

Every Heartipedia page is made the same way, and this page says exactly what is in place today and what is not.

What happens today

1. A fact sheet of cited sources. Before anything is written, the sources are collected: press coverage, primary documents, the subject’s own published material, and (where one exists) the Wikipedia article. Each source is kept with the date it was read, which pins the version the page was built from.
2. An AI draft. A drafting model writes the page from that fact sheet only. It writes in blocks (paragraphs, key facts, timelines, tables, video moments), and every claim carries a citation number that points at the reference list you see at the bottom of the page.
3. A separate AI check. A validation pass reads every sentence against the cited sources and marks each one grounded, unsupported or contradicted; a deterministic check then confirms every citation resolves. Unsupported sentences are removed or rewritten before a human sees the draft. Today the checking models come from the same provider as the drafter (one of them is the drafting model grading its own draft), so this is a separate pass, not an independent one; the “About this page” box on every page names the exact models and the run. A check by a model from another provider is planned.
4. It is published, and it keeps changing. A page goes up once it has been written and checked, because no encyclopedia page is ever finished: sources change, readers suggest corrections, and a better version is always possible. Every version is kept (the “What changed” link on each page shows exactly what an edit did) and the “About this page” box names the models, the check, and whether a named human has read this version.

What is not in place yet

• Reader edits are open. Anyone signed in can suggest one from the “Suggest a change” link on every page. Each goes through the same AI check as a drafted page, against the page’s sources and any new source the reader gives, and a person publishes it; the outcome is visible on the reader’s own suggestions page.
• No page has a named human reviewer yet. Until one does, its “About this page” box says “not yet reviewed by a named human”. Pages are published and indexed anyway: no page here is ever final, every one is open to correction, and holding them back would not make them truer.
• Where a page shows a photo, its credit and license are shown with it, individually for every image.
• A page that has not yet passed the added-value check is published like any other. The check is recorded in its review sheet, not used to hide it.

Who is responsible

The author of every page is Heartipedia (the organization), published by Freedom! Family Limited, never a fabricated byline. When a page is reviewed, the reviewer will be a real, named person. Heartipedia writes about its own founder, its own company and its own products; those pages are held to the same rules as every other page.
