- Summary
- John Crichton is tormented inside his own mind by Scorpius's neural clone, who is preparing to remove the chip Scorpius previously implanted in his brain. The episode brings the heist, the father-son reunion and the confrontation inside Crichton's head together across Moya, Talyn and a memory of a sawmill on Earth.
- What happens in "Liars, Guns and Money, Part 3: Plan B"?
- Crichton tells his crewmates that the chip Scorpius implanted in his head is growing inside his brain and threatens to control him, and he offers to surrender himself to Scorpius in exchange for Jothee so that he can no longer be controlled. Ka D'Argo assembles an assault team, including a blood tracker, a Zenetan pirate, a tabloid and a gauntlet user, to attack a shadow depository holding enough wealth to ransom Jothee.
- One of the hunters D'Argo recruits refuses to join the rescue because the currency he promised turned out to be a living creature and was destroyed. Stark recounts that Scorpius killed ten thousand of his people, a memory that haunts him and drives him to join the assault. The team agrees to a coordinated silent count: D'Argo goes down first, Pilot, Turak and Crais plan to destroy the depository's generator, and the Zenetans deploy a Flax net to trap any pursuing ship.
- Pilot reports that Talyn is keeping Moya linked to her for healing, draining eight entire tiers and lowering Moya's immune levels to critical.
- Aboard Talyn, Aeryn Sun negotiates with Crais, who agrees to let them go rescue Crichton in exchange for anything they have. The official YouTube description sums up the episode as the crew of Moya struggling to carry out a dangerous scheme to rescue D'Argo and avoid a formidable new adversary, with Crichton devising a daring plan.
